Yash Mehta

Yash Mehta is the Design Technology Manager at Clayco, where he leads digital innovation across a design–build enterprise. With a global background spanning India, China, Dubai, and the U.S., Yash brings a rich perspective to integrating AI, computational design, and collaborative workflows. His approach centers on rethinking how teams work and how technology can elevate creativity and impact. Yash also consults with the Burns & McDonnell Innovation team to develop custom software and digital strategies. Through his nonprofit, Defining Humanity, he applies design thinking to community-focused projects, championing human-centered innovation in both industry and society.
